Well hello there! Thanks for visiting Hello Cupcake...

I'm Joelie, a self-taught cupcake enthusiast who lives in Chandler's Ford with my wonderful Husband and rather crazy five-year old twin boys.

After buying a box of cupcakes for my Husband's  birthday one year, I was quietly confident that actually...I could do a better job!
After much experimenting, I finally created my idea of the perfect cupcake; a light buttery sponge, a burst of flavour in the middle and melt-in-the-mouth Swiss-meringue buttercream to top it all off.

I've always been a firm believer in the little things that make you smile and quite honestly, there's nothing better than receiving a box of cakes made especially for you (who says there needs to be a special occasion)
